Tori Spelling has finally filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years, Dean McDermott, nine months after they announced their separation.
Court documents obtained by The Post show the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 50, filed Friday, citing irreconcilable differences and the date of separation as June 17, 2023.
The Post has contacted reps for Spelling and McDermott for comment.
Spelling is requesting joint legal custody of the couple’s five minor kids and wants sole physical custody with visitation for McDermott to be determined at a later date. She also wants her estranged lover to pay spousal support and for her lawyer fees.
