Southern California’s booming on line casino scene is about to hit another main jackpot — with a large $725 million Hard Rock resort and conference heart breaking floor just north of Los Angeles.
The transfer comes after gamblers flocked to an already-built Hard Rock on line casino opened at the Tejon Pass website in 2025 — displaying up in staggering numbers that reportedly took the challenge’s builders by shock.

Gambling has exploded into a cash making juggernaut in the area, with regional heavyweights like Morongo and Yaamava’ packing in excessive rollers.
But Hard Rock leaders were apparently unable to predict the lengthen of the demand for the 150,000-square-foot facility, situated barely an hour up the 5 from LA’s San Fernando Valley.
The plink-plonk paradise’s overwhelming recognition hasn’t slowed, either — with on line casino bosses saying they’ve been scrambling to rent more staff and add playing machines to preserve up with the crowds.
“I’ve never been in a casino that has 100% occupancy. We had every single one of those slots full,” Jeff Hook, chief working officer of Hard Rock International, informed SFGATE of the opening.

This week, officers from the Tejon Indian Tribe and Hard Rock International threw a groundbreaking ceremony for a hotly-anticipated resort and resort growth — designed to morph the on line casino into a full-scale getaway.
Set to open by summer season 2028, the bold improvement will embody 406 luxurious visitor rooms (that includes 119 VIP suites), and 900 extra slot machines, which brings the gaming ground’s fire-power up to 3,000 slots.
The luxurious oasis will also sport two “resort-style” swimming pools with cabanas, daybeds, and a 13-treatment-room Rock Spa.

The construct will characteristic top-shelf eating and nightlife at spots like Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, a new Center Bar, expanded meals corridor choices, an outside occasion garden, plus conference and live performance services.
“This groundbreaking represents an exciting next chapter for Hard Rock Casino Tejon,” Mike Bean, Property President of Hard Rock Casino Tejon, said.
“In less than a year, this property has established itself as a premier gaming and entertainment destination in California. The addition of the hotel and these exceptional resort amenities will allow us to elevate the guest experience even further, attract visitors from across California and beyond, and create a true destination resort that reflects the energy, hospitality and entertainment Hard Rock is known for around the world,” Bean continued.
Tejon Indian Tribe Chairman Octavio Escobedo III famous the enterprise’s financial energy for the tribe and surrounding Kern County at the groundbreaking.
The Hard Rock challenge will reportedly carry 1,500 building jobs — and 350 new everlasting positions once accomplished.
